Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

It may happen that you want to return an order. In the EU, you have the right to return online purchases within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. We are obliged to accept your return.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@guardxstore.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process below.

How to request a return

To exercise your right of return, go to your order overview in your account:

  1. Log in and go to Orders
  2. Select the order you want to return
  3. Click Request Return
  4. Select the item(s) and complete the return form
  5. Submit your request

⚠️ After the 14-day return period has expired, it is no longer possible to request a return.

After submitting your request, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return label. Return labels are not included with the original shipment and are generated only after a return request is approved.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and all tags and packaging must be intact. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping costs (shipping costs are not refunded if you return only part of the order). Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return. We offer free returns to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Exchange

Want to exchange a product? No problem. Contact us at contact@guardxstore.com, or use the contact form. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
