Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

It may happen that you want to return or exchange an order. In the EU, you have the right to return online purchases within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. We are obliged to accept your return.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@guardxstore.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process below.

How to request a return

To exercise your right of return or to request an exchange, go to your order overview in your account:

  1. Log in and go to Orders.
  2. Select the order you want to return or exchange.
  3. Click Request Return.
  4. Select the item(s) and complete the form. For an exchange, state the size or item you would like instead.
  5. Submit your request.

Please note that requests must be submitted within the applicable 14-day period.

After your request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Exchanges

Want to exchange a product, for example for a different size or colour? No problem. Exchanges are free of charge within 14 days of receipt for orders delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium (NL and BE). Contact us at contact@guardxstore.com, use our contact form, or follow the steps above.

Returns

If you would rather return your item for a refund, the return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels. To help reduce unnecessary shipments and minimize our environmental impact, we encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions to help reduce transport emissions and packaging waste.

Return and Exchange conditions 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and all tags and packaging must be intact. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund.

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs for the original delivery if you return your entire order. If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To help reduce unnecessary shipments and minimize our environmental impact, customers are responsible for the costs of returning their items. We encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions to help reduce transport emissions and packaging waste.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned items.
